Flexpay is a software application developed, owned, and operated by the company on the iOS operating system (available on the Apple Store). The platform allows users, specifically employees of partner organizations, to initiate, monitor, and manage payroll requests through the Beam application on internet-connected mobile devices.

Features available to users within the Flexpay application include:

• Account Management: Users can create and access their Flexpay accounts to view, update, and edit personal information; additionally, they can perform password changes.
• Workday Tracking: The system enables real-time monitoring of actual working days by synchronizing data between the company and the partner’s management system.
• Payroll Request Registration: Users can register for payroll services through the Flexpay app, which includes viewing payroll information, initiating payroll requests, and reviewing payroll history.
• Advance Salary Management: The platform provides comprehensive management of salary advance requests, covering various statuses such as request submission, approval, disbursement, and the outcome of salary disbursement attempts (successful or failed).
• Additional functionalities are periodically developed and made available by the company to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
